摘要：В статье рассматривается гипотеза о взаимосвязи эффективности управления в системе высшего образования и эффективности функционирования системы высшего образования. Место и роль студенческого самоуправления в системе управления вузом оценивается как одно из средств подготовки высококвалифицированных кадров. Приводятся оценки, данные студентами системе студенческого самоуправления в вузе, анализируется степень влияния их мнения на жизнь вуза, структуру управления. Изучается их информированность о студенческом самоуправлении в вузе, его формах, направлениях деятельности, мотивация участия или неучастия в нем. Уделяется внимание мнению студентов о развитии студенческого самоуправления.
其他摘要：The author has considered the hypothesis of interrelation of efficient university management in the system of higher education and the effectiveness of higher education system functioning. He argues about the place and role of student self-government in the system of university management and considers it to be means of training highly skilled personnel. Moreover, the author presents students’ appraisal of the system of student self-government in university, their opinion of its influence on the university life, on the structure of university management. The paper describes the level of awareness about student self-government at the university, its forms and directions of functioning. The author gives proof of students’ participation in self-government or their abstention. Besides, the author discusses students’ opinions about the necessity of student self-government for themselves and for university, their advice for the development of this system.
