摘要：Статья посвящена источниковедческому анализу уровня развития здравоохранения в дореволюционных тюрьмах. Исследуется степень освещения проблемы охраны здоровья осужденных на страницах ведомственного журнала «Тюремный вестник». Рассматриваются вопросы строительства лечебных учреждений при тюрьмах, степень их снабжения, система оплаты врачам. Изучается проблема гигиены и способы борьбы с тяжелыми заболеваниями среди осужденных. В исследовании уделяется внимание оценке денежного содержания на лечение арестантов, методам лечения, снижению уровня смертности от тяжелых заболеваний. Проблема здравоохранения на страницах издания рассматривается комплексно: как ее видение центральными органами власти, так и особенности ее реализации в местах заключения.
其他摘要：The article is devoted to the level of health service in prisons of pre-revolutionary Russia. The degree of coverage of health service for prisoners in the pages of the departmental journal «Prison Bulletin» is analyzed. The author studies problems of building of medical facilities at the prisons, the level of supply, payment system for doctors. Issues of hygiene and ways of struggle with serious diseases among prisoners are studied. The paper also focuses on the peculiarities of providing payment for the treatment of prisoners, the improvement of the treatment level, and the decline in the death rate from serious diseases. The issues of health service in the pages of the publication are analyzed in a complex way: as a vision of the central authorities, so peculiarities of its implementation in the places of detention.
