摘要：В статье рассматриваются процессы снабжения арестантов и надзирателей тюремных замков в дореволюционной России, отраженные на страницах журнала «Тюремный вестник». Это издание являлось ведомственным печатным органом Главного тюремного управления. Однако по разнообразию вопросов, раскрываемых на его страницах, журнал является уникальным источником и выходит за рамки документа, необходимого для целей делопроизводства. На его страницах многие вопросы уголовного права изучены с большой скрупулезностью и сегодня являются ценным материалом для историков и юристов. В статье также рассматриваются проблемы материально-технического снабжения тюремных замков, содержания арестантов, расходования средств государственного бюджета в русле проводимой в имперской России тюремной реформы.
其他摘要：The article studies the coverage of the procurement processes of the prisoners and guards in the pre-revolutionary Russian prisons, analyzing the pages of magazine «Prison Bulletin». This issue was the departmental publication of the Central Prison Directorate. But due to saturation coverage of questions, analyzed there, this magazine was a unique source, considered to be the document needed for the purposes of the record keeping. In this bulletin the questions of the issue were analyzed very precisely and nowadays the «Prison Bulletin» materials are the valuable data for lawyers and historians. In the article the authors also deals with the problems of material support for jail-houses, supply of prisoners, questions of spending the government budget in the course of Imperial Russian law reform.
