摘要：Si offrono alcune pagine tratte dal dialogo Della nuova poesia (1589) di Giuseppe Bastiani Malatesta, trattatista italiano della seconda metà del Cinquecento, una delle ultime prese di posizione in difesa dell’ Orlando furioso nel dibattito cinquecentesco italiano sulla teoria del romanzo.
其他摘要：This paper presents some pages from the dialogue Della nuova poesia (1589) written by Giuseppe Bastiani Malatesta, an Italian polymath active during the second half of the sixteenth century. The excerpt represents one of the last stands in defence of the Orlando Furioso , in relation to the Italian Renaissance discussion concerning the theory of the novel.
