摘要：Durante la guerra de Sucesión española los problemas monetarios, en los territorios peninsulares, fueron abundantes. La interrupción de las comunicaciones con los reinos de Indias impuso una carestía de plata que afectó directamente a la fabricación de moneda. La introducción de moneda extranjera, la extracción de metales preciosos y la fabricación de moneda falsa fueron graves problemas que las autoridades trataron de solventar. La moneda provincial de los diferentes reinos se vio gravemente afectada por la falsificación, esto unido a la extracción de moneda legítima provocó momentos de escasez de moneda. Abstract During the War of Spanish Succession, there were numerous monetary problems in the peninsular territories. Interruptions in communications with the American Kingdoms gave rise to a shortage of silver, which directly affected currency production. The introduction of foreign currency, the illegal removal of precious metal and counterfeit currency production were serious problems for the authorities. The provincial currency of the different kingdoms was significantly affected by forgery. This, together with the illegal removal of legitimate currency from America, caused periods of shortage of currency.
