摘要：Actualmente somos capaces de acompañar lo que está sucediendo en todo el mundo. Los avances
tecnológicos disminuyeron distancias y acercaron a las personas. Por otro lado, ciertas
transformaciones de nuestro tiempo también crearon un enorme abismo entre ellas. Tenemos
dificultades para percibir lo que está sucediendo a nuestro alrededor, tal como la violencia invisible
que se esconde tras el prejuicio y los patrones culturales. La reflexión sobre las configuraciones
familiares y sus desafíos es la propuesta de este artículo, al que se consubstancia en autores del área
auxiliando la comprensión de la problemática de la violencia contra la mujer. Se realizará, por lo
tanto, un estudio bibliográfico de carácter descriptivo y cualitativo, destacando la Ley Maria da
Penha como una importante garantía en el marco de los derechos de las mujeres brasileñas.
其他摘要：We are now able to keep up with what is happening all over the world. Technological advances
have shortened distances and brought people closer together. On the other hand, certain
transformations of our time have also created a huge gulf between them. We have a hard time
noticing what is happening around us, such as the invisible violence behind cultural prejudices and
patterns. Reflecting on family configurations and their challenges is the proposal of this article,
which is based on authors of the area helping to understand the problem of violence against women.
Therefore, a bibliographic study of a described and qualitative character will be carried out,
highlighting the Maria da Penha Law as an important guarantor within the framework of the rights
of Brazilian women.
