摘要:This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of budgetary slack on organizational performance with information asymmetry and self esteem as a moderation variable at the Government of South Sulawesi Province. This research uses quantitative approach with cross section observation. This research data is obtained through questionnaire of 350 eksamplar to structural officials of echelon III and IV in SKPD and Banggar DPRD South Sulawesi. Of the 350 examplar are returned and declared as valid as many as 310 respondents. Data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results showed that Budgetary slack had negative and significant effect on organizational performance. Asymmetry Information is significant in moderating Budgetary slack relationships and organizational performance. Self Esteem is not significant in maintaining budgetary slack relationships and organizational performance.
