摘要:This study aims to determine the factors that affect the promotion of office. Indicators are measured using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. In this study the data used is the number of employees of the South Sulawesi Provincial Plantation Office in the form of hardcopy obtained directly from the head of the subdistrict of the Department of Plantation of South Sulawesi. Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that simultaneously (Test f) shows that the variables of promotion factors positions including education, job performance, and discipline have a positive significant influence together to the variable promotion of employee position Plantation service with sig f <5% that is 0,352 Of all the indicators of promotional factors factors of promotion (education, work preservation, and discipline), disciplinary indicators have a positive influence on promotions. This is shown in the positive regression coefficient of 0.437 and educational indicator showed a positive influence on promotion position on the regression coefficient of 0.294 and the indicator of work performance showed a positive influence on the promotion of office on the regression coefficient of 0.292.
