摘要：This study aims to analyze how the expenditures in local government in the affairs of educational spending, spending on health and economic spending the human development index in Luwu 2010-2014. The method used in this research is using Regression analysis showed that the variables of education spending and health spending affect the human development index in Luwu district, while the variable economic spending is very positive and significant impact on the human development index in Luwu district.
