摘要:JUMARNI "The Influence Of The Working Discipline, Competence And Job Satisfaction To Productivity Of Human Resources Employee At PT BPR Pataru Laba Cabang Bulukumba. The Commission is supervising HJ. HERMINAWATY ABU BAKAR, SE. MM as a consultant I and MIAH SAID, SE, M.Si as a consultant II. This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of the working Discipline, competence and job satisfaction to productivity of human resources Employee At PT BPR Pataru Laba Cabang Bulukumba.The population was used as the target of this research is the parties associated with the Discipline of work, competence and job satisfaction to productivity of human resources Employee At PT BPR Pataru Laba Cabang Bulukumba, and entirely become respondents by using Multiple linear regression analysis models.The results of this research indicate that all the variables, namely: work discipline, competence and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect simultaneously against work productivity of employees At PT BPR Pataru Laba Cabang Bulukumba. Are partially found that discipline work that has significant influence are the most dominant against employee productivity.
