摘要:This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency of export sales function at PT. Witel Telkom South. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative description analysis techniques using multiple stages comprising the management audit of the preliminary audit, review and testing of control system management, detailed auditing and reporting. The research data was obtained by conducting interviews with parties related to the matter to be investigated and questionnaires were distributed to personnel of the sales department at PT.Telkom Witel South. Based on the results of research carried out showed that sales activity conducted by corporate services are still not running effectively and efficiently. This is due to the system of planning, implementation, and management control as well as measurement and evaluation in the field of sales of services are not running as it should.
