摘要：Este trabajo forma parte de una investigación institucionalizada (Nosotros y los Otros en la conformación de la Identidad Nacional en La Revista de Derecho, Historia y Letras, que desde hace varios años (2000- 2014) estamos realizando con el equipo de investigación en el marco del Centro de Estudios Avanzados de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. El mismo contó con varios subsidios de la Secretaría de Ciencia y Técnica de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba y está enmarcada, también dentro del Programa de Incentivos Docentes y de Investigación. Lo que presentamos acá es un avance de un tema de desarrollo de esta investigación. El equipo está conformado por investigadores de diversas disciplinas por lo tanto es un equipo interdisciplinario (Historia, Lenguas, Derecho y Relaciones Internacionales. El pensamiento de Zeballos 4 pertenece a la Generación del ’80. Puede considerarse como uno los intelectuales más prestigiosos de la época. Analizaremos su pensamiento plasmado en La Revista de Derecho, Historia y Letras, nuestro corpus de análisis, con el objeto de observar la influencia que tuvo en las elites argentinas de su época, cómo se reflejó su posición especialmente en temas de política exterior de la Argentina y establecer su posición ideológica en relación con la problemática de las relaciones argentino-norteamericanas. Zeballos construye la identidad nacional con todos sus componentes (imaginarios, mitos, etc.) hacia dentro y hacia afuera de la "Argentina": identificando, internamente, las políticas desarrolladas en diferentes ámbitos por el gobierno y, hacia fuera, la posición asumida respecto de la política internacional, específicamente, con la política exterior con Chile y Brasil y luego con la posición asumida con respecto a la “injerencia” norteamericana en la región. , surge un "Otro" diferente y se amplió el "Nosotros" con la incorporación de pequeños países latinoamericanos en el juego de equilibrio de poder latinoamericano. A partir de 1904, Zeballos observa las transformaciones que “nuestro hermano del norte” está realizando de la mano de Teodoro Roosevelt y su “Big Stick”.
其他摘要：This work is part of an institutionalized investigation (Us and the Others in the conformation of National
identity in La Revista de Derecho, Historia y Letras), which for several years (2000-2014) we have been
carrying out with the research team in the freamwork of the Centro de Estudios Avanzados of the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, which has received several financial benefits from the Secretary of
Science and Technology of the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and is framed within the Teaching
and Research incentives program. What we are presenting here is an advance of a development
topic of this investigation. The team is made up of researches from different disciplines, therefore it is
an interdisciplinary team (History, Langueages, Law and International Relations).
Zeballos’s thought belongs to the generation of ’80. It can be consider as one of the most prestigious
intellectuals of the time. We will analyze his thought integrated in La Revista de Derecho, Historia y Letras,
with the aim of observing the inflluence it had on the Argentine elites of its time, how his position
was reflected especially in matters of Argentinian foreing policy and establish their ideological position
regarding the problem of Argetine-North American relations.
Zeballos builds national identity with all its components (imaginary, myths, etc) in and out of “Argentina”:
identifying, internally, the policies developed in different areas by the government and, outward, the assumed
position regarding international politics, specifically, with foreign policy with Chile and Brazil and then with
the position assumed with respect to the North American “interference” in the region. , a different “Other”
arises and the “We” has expanded itself with the incorporation of small Latin American countries in the
game of Latin American balance of power. Beginning in 1904, Zeballos observed the transformations
that “our brother from the north” is carrying out with Theodore Roosevelt and his “Big Stick”.
