摘要：Trata-se de apresentar as insuficiências das teorias das obrigações políticas (dever de obedecer à lei) fundadas em um único princípio.Na história do pensamento político várias propostas de fundamentação do dever de obedecer à lei foram elaboradas, dentre elas: a da gratidão, consentimento e deveres associativos.Pretende-se demonstrar que as três propostas mencionadas são incapazes de responderem alguns problemas associadas à temática e, portanto, não se constituem como teorias satisfatórias das obrigações políticas.Adota-se a seguinte trajetória argumentativa: a) primeiro, destaca-se os principais argumentos em favor dos princípios, respectivamente citados, e b) posteriormente, elenca-se os limites de cada um deles.Ao se destacar as insuficiências, se quer indicar a necessidade de uma proposta multiprincipial, que neste não será trabalhada.
其他摘要：This research is about the weaknesses of theories of political obligations (duty to obey the law) based on a single principle. In the history of political thought several proposed grounds of the duty to obey the law were developed, among them: the gratitude, consent and associative duties. We intend to demonstrate that the three proposals mentioned are unable to answer some problems associated with the issue and therefore do not constitute theories as satisfying the political obligations. The following argumentative trajectory: a) first, we highlight the main arguments in favor of the principles, cited respectively, and b) subsequently lists the limits of each. Emphasize the shortcomings indicate a need for a proposal multiprincipial that this will not be worked.
