摘要：A autoficção redimensiona os limites da fronteira entre o real e o ficcional, por se inscrever em um entre-lugar de ambos conceitos. Este gênero, por possuir um referente no mundo real, tem fomentado a aparição de sujeitos fragmentados que são reflexos da contemporaneidade. Dito isto, este artigo busca, a partir das contribuições de Mendes (2000) sobre o estudo do “outro” na literatura, discorrer sobre as relações entre o “eu” com o “outro” e as mutuas transformações decorrentes de tal contato. Para este fim, Berkeley em Bellagio (2002) e Lorde (2004) foram eleitos para análise, sendo ambos romances autoficcionais do escritor João Gilberto Noll e ambos demonstrando uma tensão entre o narrador e sua relação com o “outro”.
其他摘要：Autofiction reshapes the borders in between the real and the fictional, as it is placed inbetween
both concepts. This genre, by possessing a referent in the real world, has
fostered the emergence of fragmented subjects that are reflections of contemporaneity.
In this sense, and based on the contributions of Mendes (2000) about the study of the
“other” in literature, this paper aims at discussing the relation between the “I” and the
“other” as well as the mutual changes provoked by this contact. For such purpose,
Berkeley em Bellagio (2002) and Lorde (2004) were chosen for analysis, since both are
autofictional works of João Gilberto Noll, and they show a tension between the narrator
and its relation with the “other”.
