摘要：Conceição Evaristo, em seus textos, traz à tona a realidade sobre a favela, a importância da mulher em sua formação e retoma vários aspectos da cultura popular brasileira. Nesse sentido, o trabalho objetiva analisar a narrativa Ana Davenga , presente no livro de contos Olhos d’água , de Conceição Evaristo, e relacionar as características dos personagens com a teoria sobre identidade, de autores como Stuart Hall, Eric Landowski e Patrick Chareaudeau. Ao conceituar “identidade” segundo esses autores, será possível encontrar no texto literário particularidades que permitem desenhar identidade(s) relativa(s) aos personagens. De cunho bibliográfico, o presente artigo pretende refletir, principalmente, sobre a identidade de Ana Davenga – com base nos teóricos citados – que é construída a partir de seu encontro com Davenga, um assaltante por quem Ana se apaixona. Ao trazer Ana Davenga à literatura, Conceição Evaristo, com toda a sua poética, representa muitas outras Anas presentes nas periferias do Brasil.
其他摘要：With her novels, Conceição Evaristo brings to the fore the reality about the favela, the
importance of women in her formation, and resumes the discussion of various aspects of
Brazilian popular culture. This paper aims at analysing the short story “Ana Davenga”,
published in Evaristo’s collection Olhos d’água [Eyes of Water] (2014), and relating the
characters’ traits to the identity theory of authors such as Stuart Hall, Eric Landowski
and Patrick Chaureaudeau. By conceptualizing “identity” according to these authors, it
will be possible to find in the text particularities that allow drawing the characters’
identity/identities. From a bibliographical point of view, this article intends to reflect
mainly on the identity of Ana Davenga – based on the mentioned theorists –, constructed from her encounter with Davenga, a robber she falls in love with. By
bringing to the literary field, Conceição Evaristo, with all her poetry, represents many
other Anas present in the peripheries of Brazil.
