摘要：Em quais linhas de sentido transitam ética, alteridade e direito na literatura? Essa indagação mobiliza as reflexões do texto que, tomando a literatura como manifestação ética da palavra do outro, propõe seis proposições para a formação do leitor. Para tanto, parte dos princípios: (1) do direito à literatura como condição humana inalienável (CANDIDO, 2011); (ii) da literatura como ação política por sua dimensão alteritária, que opõe e ultrapassa, dialoga e amplia o discurso entre ficção e vida. Assim, considera que a formação do (s) leitor (es) implica assumir tais princípios, contemplando a esfera subjetiva provocada pela imersão na palavra do outro. O texto inicia com considerações sobre a função e papel da literatura, considerando-a como força transformadora do mundo (TODOROV, 2009). Em seguida, no diálogo com autores literários, aponta seis proposições para a formação do leitor literário. Finaliza com considerações acerca desses princípios.
其他摘要：Along which lines do ethic, alterity and law move in literature? This question mobilizes
the reflections of the present paper, which, by taking literature as the ethical
manifestation of the word of the other, puts forward six propositions for the formation
of the reader. In that sense, it is grounded on the following principles: the right to
literature as an inalienable human condition (CANDIDO, 2011); literature as political
action because of its dimensiono of alterity, which opposes and surpasses, engages in
dialogue and expands the discourse between fiction and life. Thus, he considers that the
formation of the reader (s) implies assuming such principles, contemplating the
subjective sphere provoked by the immersion in the word of the other. The text begins
with considerations about the role and role of literature, considering it as a transforming force of the world (TODOROV, 2009). Then, in the dialogue with literary authors, he
points out six propositions for the formation of the literary reader. It concludes with
considerations about these principles.
