摘要:This study aims to investigate the implementation of the legal protection given to workers/laborers Disability in Indonesia.Another aim is to describe the charactestic the legal protection given to disability workers/laborers in Indonesia.The method used juridical empirical research.Results of the study found that First, the legal protection against employees/workers with disabilities in Indonesia at the level of policy and regulation is sufficient, while in practicaly, the legal protection of disability workers are not to be done enought.Second, In the companies that hire employees/workers with disability has given legal protection to workers/laborers with disabilities either in the form of arrangements set out in the Work Agreement, Companyregulations and in the Form of Joint Work Agreement ( PKB-Perjanjian Kerja Bersama).
