摘要：This research is purposed to measure the Fiduciary Parate Execution Model (FPEM) in solving concrete events based on analogy.The problems include: 1) the implementation of FPEM; 2) the obstacles in testing of FPEM; and 3) the forming of regulation as a construction to overcome the obstacles of FPEM.The method of this research is normative legal approach armed with system of self explanatory which a norm is a rule or an authoritative standard or what law ought to be.The result of FPEM is a recommendation in which contains the prescriptive value i.e the forming of regulation on FPEM.
