摘要：Este trabalho trata da regionalização de vazões características e do estudo da disponibilidade hídrica da sub-bacia do Alto Tocantins contribuinte até a UHE Serra da Mesa.Foi realizado o levantamento de postos com série histórica de vazões disponível na plataforma Hidroweb, da Agência Nacional de Águas.Em seguida, procedeu-se ao cálculo das vazões Q95% mensal, Q95% diário, Q7,10 e média de longo termo, bem como as vazões para os tempos de retorno de 2,33, 5, 10, 20, 25 e 100 anos.A partir destas vazões, foram definidas as curvas de regionalização em função da área de drenagem.Para o cálculo da disponibilidade hídrica, foram levantados os dados de outorga de uso dos recursos hídricos junto à Agência Nacional de Águas e à Secretaria de Meio Ambiente e Recursos Hídricos do Estado de Goiás.A disponibilidade hídrica resultante até a UHE Serra da Mesa permitiu inferir que os usos consuntivos outorgados não são consideráveis em relação à vazão ainda passível de ser outorgada.Abstract This work is about the regionalization of characteristic discharges and the study of water availability of the Upper Tocantins watershed.First, it was conducted the survey of streamflow stations that had streamflow time series available on Hidroweb platform, from the National Water Agency.From these time series, it was calculated the characteristic streamflow of each station, i.e., monthly Q95, daily Q95 and Q7,10 (minimum flows), extreme flows for the return periods of 2.33, 5, 10, 20, 25 and 100 years (peak flows) and the maximum annual averages and long term averages (averages flows).From these flows, the regionalization was calculated by regression, resulting in a curve and an equation of regionalization for each one.The calculated curves had good fits.For the calculation of water availability, it was raised data of the grant of use of water resources from the National Water Agency and from the Department of Environment and Water Resources from the State of Goiás.The water availability calculated for the chosen reference point was considered positive.
