摘要:Este artigo apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa que objetivou propor novos procedimentos que possam servir para o aprimoramento da gestão da EaD no Sistema de Ensino Bombeiro Militar do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar do Distrito Federal (CBMDF), mediante descrição do processo de implementação do Sistema de Educação a Distância: EaD do CBMDF. Para isso foi feita uma revisão bibliográfica de produções acerca da EaD de forma geral e na Secretaria Nacional de Segurança Pública, além de uma pesquisa documental direcionada às menções e previsões da EaD nas legislações e estudos internos do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar do Distrito Federal. Por fim, foram analisados dados gerados pelo Questionário de Efetividade aplicado aos alunos do projeto piloto da implantação de uma sistemática de EaD no Curso de Altos Estudos para Praças Bombeiro Militar: CAEP/BM. Identificou-se que a maioria do público discente aprova a aplicação da modalidade EaD nos cursos de carreira da Corporação, sendo necessário repensar a estrutura tecnológica existente, bem como a disponibilidade do militar para o curso em concomitância com suas atividades rotineiras nas áreas meio e fim.Palavras-chave: Educação a distância, Estudos internos, Gestão educacional, Ensino militar.The Management of Distance Education in the Military Fire Department of the Federal DistrictAbstractThis paper presents the results of a research that aimed to propose new procedures that may serve to improve the management of EaD in the Military Firefighter Teaching System of the CBMDF, by describing the process of implementation of the Distance Education System - EaD of the Fire Department Military of the Distrito Federal - Brazil. Therefore, a bibliographical review of productions about the EaD was made, in a general way, and in the National Secretariat of Public Security, along with a documental research directed to the mentions and forecasts of the EaD in the legislations and internal studies of the District Fire Brigade of the Distrito Federal. Finally, data generated by the effectiveness questionnaire applied to the students of the pilot project of the implementation of an EAD system in the Course of High Studies for Military Fire Brigade Squares (CAEP / BM) were analyzed. It was identified that the majority of the student public approves the application of the EAD modality in the career courses of the Corporation, making it necessary to rethink the technological structure, as well as the availability of the military for the course in concomitance with its routine activities in the middle and end areas.Keywords: Distance Education, Internal studies, Educational management, Military education.
