摘要：Este artigo analisa a Organização das Nações Unidas e sua Assembleia Geral sob a ótica da Escola Inglesa, tomando como base teórica a sociedade anárquica proposta por Hedley Bull. Tal abordagem permite avaliar relações entre autoridade, legitimidade, representatividade, diplomacia e deliberação.
