摘要：Este trabalho tratou inicialmente da evolução das mulheres na participação no âmbito laboral e sindical. Posteriormente, abordou as normas protetivas das mulheres nos sindicatos no Brasil e em Portugal, de forma comparativa. Além, de trazer os fatores de desinteresse feminino pelos sindicatos e os motivos da desindicalização global. Por fim, foi apresentada a proposta do Parlamento Europeu para uma maior sindicalização feminina.
其他摘要：This paper initially dealt with the evolution of women in labor and union participation. Subsequently, she addressed the women's protective norms in unions in Brazil and Portugal, in a comparative way. In addition, to bring the factors of feminine disinterest by the unions and the reasons of the global de-unionization. Finally, the European Parliament's proposal for greater female unionization was presented.
