摘要：This article intends to reflect on the complex role, on the dynamics and on the main issues of intercultural mediation, especially concerning the access to health services by female immigrants, focusing on the experience connected with clinics based in significantly different areas when health and social policies are concerned: Pisa and Naples. This paper arose from a research carried out between 2015 and 2017, during which difficulties, usually connected with political choices or health-related budget cuts, emerged, together with the worth of professionals in that sector.
