摘要：El colectivo de año constituye un eslabón fundamental en la formación integral de los jóvenes universitarios. Este a su vez, ha transitado por diferentes períodos los cuales han marcado cambios en su estructura y funciones. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo ofrecer un análisis de los antecedentes de la integración del trabajo del colectivo de año en la Educación Superior cubana visto desde cuatro ejes fundamentales: la integración de sus miembros, temas de análisis, comunicación y principales problemáticas.
其他摘要：The academic year staff is a fundamental link for the integral training of university students. This, in turn, has passed along for different periods which have marked changes in its structure and functions. This article aims at providing a historical analysis of the integration of the work performed by the academic year staff of teachers in Cuban Higher Education starting from four fundamental axes: the integration of its members, topics of analysis, communication and main problems.
