摘要：Supervision to Improve The Performance of The Physical Education Teachers The background of this study is related to the poor performance of elementary school physical education teachers.With the support of supervision, the performance of physical education teachers can be improved.The purpose of this study is to optimize the function of principals and supervisors.The method used in this study was research and development.The research and development cycle is repeated to achieve the objective.The result of this study shows that the development of supervision model in physical education has improved significantly the performance of physical education teachers in elementary schools.The model is effective to improve the quality of teacher's performance and student's achievement.Abstrak: Supervisi Pembelajaran untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Pendidikan Jasmani.Penelitian ini mengembangkan model supervisi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru pendidikan jasmani.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan yang diawali dengan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai langkah untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai penggunaan model saat ini dan upaya pengembangannya pada jenjang SD di Kota Bandung.Temuan penelitian secara umum adalah bahwa model supervisi pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berhasil meningkatkan kinerja guru pendidikan jasmani.Model supervisi pembelajaran bermanfaat juga untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.
