摘要:This study was intended to develop a model of management for group instructional program based on people empowerment. Using a developmental approach, this study took place in five stages, i.e. preliminary, correlation, pilot, experimental validation, and model refinement. The t-test and covariant analysis were applied in the experimental stage. The results indicated that the model developed was effective for improving learners' self-efficacy, self-confidence, learning motivation, and learning achievement. It was suggested that the participants of Package B need to be optimally involved in group management, instructional process, and group dynamics engineering
