摘要:This study was aimed at exploring perceptions of the members of the Department of Civil Engineering Education on the organization climate in the Department. A case study design was applied in this study. Data were collected from the students and lecturers of the Department of Civil Engineering Education, the State University of Yogyakarta. The results indicate that, according to the members of the Department, organization climate is a set of characteristics representing the organization of the Department. It affects the members behaviors, and consists of balance, performance and satisfaction. Its dimensions are leadership, conflict, facility, and characteristics of lecturers, technicians, and students of the Department
