摘要:Women elementary school teachers lead double carriers as teachers and as house wives. These could become a handicap for them to have interest in teaching profession and in the adoption of educational innovation. Looking into the women elementary school teachers in the rural area, suburban area, and urban area, this research tests the differences of the interests in teaching profession and in the adoptions of educational innovation among them. It is found out that the difference lies only in the adoption of educational innovation between womwn elementary school teachers in the rural and urban areas.
