摘要：A cluster of 26 Institutes of Vocational Education taken from the total number of 205 in DIY Cental Jawa was employed as an sample in this study to describe the readiness of their students for the job market. It was shown from the analysis of data that the level of readiness of the students for the job market was very high, so was their motivation. The number of sample amount to 525 students. The research instruments consist of questionnaires, tests, observation schedules, and interview schedules.
