摘要：Almost all hinger education institutions issue their own scientific publications in the form of periodicals with varying degree of contents and formats. Since some institutions publish up to more than ten periodicals, there are now a lot of periodicals which claim to be field of educational science. It is discovered that not all of them could be traditionally adopted by scientific journal.
