摘要:Although several schools already have guidance and counceling personals, yet many of them do not have ones. In serving students at schools, teachers and guidance and counceling personals do not practice the knowledge they learnt before while many students do not fully appreciate the service of guidance and counceling personals. In the field of research, many researchers merely repeat the common topics without innovation and creativities. And in Indonesian society with its multiethnicities, multicultures, multidialects, and so on, it is imperative for the guidance and counceling personals to have an research agenda.
