摘要:This article presents a theoretical approach to understand the phenomenon of transnational gangs from the perspective of modern subjectivity production. According to Nietzsche perspective, it is a closed or spherical subjectivity, while following the contributions of Roberto Esposito, it is observed gang members in a subjectivity open to the other through the gift and community drifting, resulting violent clashes between gangs and the rest of the society. First, there is a discussion about subjective internalization according to the political, economic and libidinal levels, in order to illustrate what is and how the spherical subject occurs. Secondly, the concept is the open subjectivity of gang members, This does not imply, a lack of modern subject characteristics. The final instance looks into the relationship of the gang as a social/communal place versus the rest of society and the Salvadorian government responsiveness aimed at eradicating these groups without considering they are able to deliver more than violence.
