摘要：This article discusses the practices of corporate management of collective transport by bus from Rio de Janeiro. It was made a bibliographical survey and study of cases through interviews with managers of some of these companies. As results, it found that, despite some resistance to the changes and mistakes about praxis, the companies have adopted management practices diversified to remain itself in the market before the competition, and emphasis on technologies and empowerment shy, but not yet clear mechanisms for evaluation their own performance.
