摘要：Strategi pemberdayaan perempuan bisa mengangkat permasalahan perempuan rawan sosial,
melalui program pendirian Lembaga Pemberdayaan Perempuan (LPP) di Kabupaten Indramayu.
Permasalahannya adalah bagaimana pola komunikasi kelompok dalam kegiatan LPP Mandiri di
desa Amis dan desa Loyang, Kabupaten Indramayu melalui metode Studi Kasus dengan
Participatory Rural Appraisal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitator yang bertindak
sebagai komunikator, berperan sebagai pusat informasi dengan mengandalkan kredibilitas, daya
tarik dan kekuasaan yang dimilikinya. Pemahaman terhadap pesan yang disampaikan oleh LPP
Mandiri menumbuhkan motivasi yang sama terhadap para anggotanya yaitu mendapatkan
tambahan modal usaha sehingga mereka dapat mencapai kehidupan perekonomian yang
sejahtera.
其他摘要：Strategies of women empowerment that can solve the problem for the social risk women is
through the program of establishing Women Empowerment Institution ( LPP ) in Kabupaten
Indramayu. Therefore, in this research it will be studied How is the Group Communication
Pattern in LPP Mandiri Programs in Desa Amis and Desa Loyang, Kabupaten Indramayu
through Case Study and Participatory Rural Appraisal Methods.The results of the research
show that the facilitator acting as the communicator has the role as the information center
viewed from the credibility, attractiveness, and the power she possesses. The understanding
toward the message conveyed by LPP Mandiri creates the equal motivation of the members that
is gaining the capital for their self-standing effort, so that they can have a better family
economy (more prosperous).
