  • 摘要:This research aimed to determine the effect of motivation, work environment, and leadership on employee performance in PT Satu Visi Edukasi. The methods utilized in this research were SEM (Structural Equation Model). The results of this research showed that motivation has a positive and significant relation to employee performance. Work environment has a negative and significant relation to independent variable of employee performance. Leadership has a positive and insignificant relation to employee performance. Motivation has the highest effect followed by the work environment and leadership. The best suggestion to improve employee performance is to increase employee motivation in obtaining achievements by giving rewards based on the employees’ length of time in the company and work results in the company’s upcoming programs.
