摘要：Depuis les années 1960, en France comme ailleurs, les différentes sciences sociales ont parcouru beaucoup de chemin dans l’étude des entreprises.Celles-ci apparaissent comme un thème central pour la compréhension et la transformation du monde social.En effet la création, l’exploitation ou la régénération des potentiels d’action collective constitués par les hommes et femmes des entreprises sont essentielles, de même que les coûts sociaux engendrés par les entreprises.Les chercheurs ont le choix entre plusieurs positions pour surmonter les tensions inhérentes à une telle recherche et ont à penser le quadruple rapport au temps dans lequel s’inscrivent les entreprises.
其他摘要：In France as elsewhere, social science and its various fields have greatly improved our knowledge of companies since the 1960s. Companies thus appear as a central topic for the understanding and transformation of the social world. Indeed the creation, exploitation or regeneration of the potential for collective action that men and women constitute in companies are essential in a world where regulation and business cycles are key features, as well as the social costs that firms generate. Scholars wishing to overcome the tensions inherent to such a research face a choice between several types of relationship between social science and companies. They also need to explore the fourfold relations to time that underlie representations and practices within firms.
