摘要：اين پژوهش با هدف تعيين عوامل ادراكي مؤثر بر قصد تسهيم دانش اعضـاي هيئـت
علمي انجام شده است. چارچوب نظري آن، بر اساس نظرية رفتار برنامهريزيشـده و تركيبـي از
دو مدل معتبر پيشبيني رفتار است. متغيرهاي مدل شامل، قصد تسهيم دانش ( متغيـر وابسـته )،
نگرش، هنجارهاي ذهني و كنترل رفتاري دركشده ( متغيرهاي ميانجي) و اعتماد بـه مـديريت،
ادراك حمايت سازماني، ادراك منافع نسبي، پويايي محيط ادراك شده، ادراك حمايـت سـازمان،
ادراك كنترل سرپرست و تـرس ازدسـتدادن ارزشهـاي منحصـرهب فـرد ( متغيرهـاي مسـتقل)
هستند. نمونهگيري بهصورت طبقهاي تصادفي انجام شده است و جامعة پژوهش اعضاي هيئـت
علمي دانشگاه آزاد، واحد تهران شمال و واحد علوم و تحقيقات هستند . برازش مدل بـا اسـتفاده
از مدل معادلات ساختاري و نرمافزار پي.ال.اس انجـام گرفتـه اسـت و تـوان پـيشبينـي مـدل
R بوده است. نتايج اين پژوهش براي برنامهريزي هدفمند ترغيب استادان به تسهيم 2 579 0 = /
دانش، در راستاي ارتقاي شاخصهاي توسعة آموزش عالي، مبناي تجربي مناسبي است.
其他摘要：This paper aims to determine the perceptual factors affecting the faculty member’s knowledge sharing intention. This research has been set within the frame of Planned Behavior Theory and has been combined of the two prediction behavior models. Knowledge sharing intent is the dependent variable of model, mediator variables are including: attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control and independent variables are including: perceived relative advantage, trust in management, perceived organizational support, fear of loosing one’s unique value, perceived environmental dynamism, perceived supervisor control. This survey research was implemented within North Branch of Tehran and Science and Researches Campus including 148 stratified random samples of the faculty members. The statistical analysis of the model has been done through structural equation model with PLS software’s. All of hypothesis was confirmed and the power of model prediction for knowledge sharing intention is R ² =0.579. In order to promote of higher education development indexes, this survey results can be applied to systematic planning of encouraging academic members knowledge sharing.
