摘要：امروزه مهندسي مجدد به يكي از گستردهترين و امنترين بحثهاي مديريتي و كشتي نجاتي
براي سازمانهاي در حال نابودي و غـرق شدن تبديل شده است. با وجود استفاده روزافزون سازمانها
از مهندسي مجدد فرآيندهاي كسبوكار براي بهبود عملكرد خود، آمارها حاكي از شكست و ناتمام
ماندن حدود 70 -80 درصد اين پروژههاست. پژوهشهاي زيادي براي توجيه و يافتن دلايل اين
شكستها انجام شده است. فقدان يك رويكرد و نگرش متدولوژيكي مناسب و نيز استفاده از ابزارها و
تكنيكهاي نامناسب براي اجراي آن، از دلايل اصلي اين شكستها است. استفاده از شبيهسازي
رايانهاي در مدلسازي و تحليل فرآيندها يكي از مناسبترين و بهترين تكنيكهاي مهندسي مجدد است
كه ميتواند اين شكستها را كاهش داده، شانس موفقيت پيادهسازي آنها را بالا ببرد. در اين مقاله
براساس روش تحقيق تلفيقي كاربردي و مطالعه موردي، تعداد 51 متدولوژي، رويكرد و تكنيك
مهندسي مجدد و 24 متدولوژي و رويكرد شبيهسازي، بررسي شده، بر اساس روش تحقيقي كه كتينجر
و همكارانش در زمينه مهندسي مجدد فرآيندهاي كسبوكار انجام داده و متدولوژي جامعي را براي
BPR ارائه دادهاند، متدولوژي تركيبي جامعي را براي مهندسي مجدد فرآيندهاي كسبوكار با استفاده
از تكنيك شبيهسازي، ارائه ميدهيم. در پايان نتايج حاصل از اجراي پروژه مهندسي مجدد انجام شده
با استفاده از اين متدولوژي در يكي از فرآيندهاي شركت ملي پالايش و پخش فرآوردههاي نفتي ايران
را ارائه ميدهيم.
其他摘要：Nowadays BPR has become as one of the most widespread and safe management topics and a redeemer for organizations which are in the stage of destruction and ruining. Although many organizations use BPR to improve their performance, researches show that about 70-80 percent of these projects were failed and remain unfinished. Many researches have been even undertaken to find out reasons of these failures. Lack of an adequate methodological approach and perception and using non-adequate tools and techniques in its implementation, are some of the main reasons for these failures. Using computer simulation in modeling and analyzing the process is one of the best and most adequate BPR techniques which can decrease these failures and increase their implementation success. In this paper, following an application and also case study research methodology, 51 BPR and 24 Simulation methodologies, approaches and techniques were considered and on the basis of Kettinger et al.'s research method done in the BPR area to develop a compound methodology for BPR, a comprehensive combined methodology using simulation technique was presented. Finally the results of a project done using this methodology in a process of NIORDC (National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company) were presented.
