摘要：Innovation is one of the most important categories of entrepreneurial orientation. In today's turbulent entrepreneurial environment businesses depend on innovation to cope with the increasing competition and the ever-changing market. This paper points to the importance of innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises and through conducted empirical research analyzes the individual components of innovation in Croatian entrepreneurship. The focus of this paper is on enterprises in the northern Croatian regions. Therefore, the research analyzes their similarities and differences in the field of innovation.
