摘要：Neste artigo procuramos elucidar aspectos do discurso presente no Centro de Referência de Assistência Social (Cras) a partir da escuta psicanalítica. Para tanto, seguimos por uma reflexão orientada pelos pressupostos teórico-metodológicos da Psicanálise. Ao analisarmos o discurso que permeia a instituição Cras, verificamos que o significante mestre (S1) da inclusão pressupõe um sujeito que pode vir a ser amparado pela Assistência Social. Mas quando o sujeito endereça sua demanda ao CRAS, ele se depara com o Outro (A ), institucional, que se pretende onipotente, mas que também é barrado, que porta em si uma falta. Nesse momento, não cabe ao psicanalista escutar a partir do discurso institucional. Pois tal posicionamento impossibilita que o próprio sujeito se posicione perante seu desejo. Ao psicanalista, como operador do singular, cabe diferenciar-se de uma óptica predominantemente assistencial que prioriza o aspecto material em detrimento das urgências subjetivas das famílias/sujeitos.
其他摘要：This article intends to elucidate aspects which are present in the discourse of Social Assistance Reference Centers (Cras) from the psychoanalytical listening perspective. For this, there is a reflection guided by theoretical and methodological assumptions of Psychoanalysis. Analyzing the discourse that permeates Cras institution, it was verified that the master-signifier (S1) of inclusion presupposes an individual who can be supported by Social Assistance. Despite that, when the individual searches for support at Cras, he or she faces the Other (A), institutional, who intends to be omnipotent, but is also blocked, and has his own fault. In this moment, the psychoanalyst cannot listen from the institutional discourse perspective, because it would make impossible for the individual to position himself before his own desire. For the psychoanalyst, as an operator of the singular, it is necessary to differentiate himself from a welfare predominant view that prioritizes the material aspect to the detriment of subjective urgencies of families/individuals.
