摘要：Este trabalho, inserido em um programa de atenção e ressignificação da queixa escolar de uma universidade federal do sul do Brasil, objetivou ressignificar a queixa escolar de uma turma do terceiro ano do Ensino Fundamental e contribuir com relações sociais potencializadoras entre professor-aluno e aluno-aluno. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas e conversas informais com as professoras, observações em sala de aula e atividades em grupo. Nos resultados, identificou-se que a professora conseguiu ressignificar os discursos individualizantes e patologizantes da queixa escolar e que os alunos se apropriaram de novas formas de se relacionar. Considera-se que, apesar de limitações, construíram-se ações transformadoras.
其他摘要：This research, that was included in a care and resignification program for school complaints implemented by a federal university in Southern Brazil, aims to bring a new meaning to school complaints related to a third grade elementary school class and to contribute for potentiating social relations toward teacher-student and student-student. For that, were used semi-structured interviews and conversations with the teacher, observation in the classroom, and group work activities. The results identified was that the teacher was able to give a new signification to individualizing and pathologizing discourses on school complaints and the students grasped new ways to relate to other students. Therefore, although there are limitations, it was possible to build transforming actions.
