摘要：A partir de um recorte no campo da saúde mental e trabalho elegeu-se o reconhecimento como o foco da discussão aqui proposta. Esse estudo almeja entender qual a influência do reconhecimento no processo de saúde/adoecimento do trabalhador. Para tanto, o fenômeno do reconhecimento no mundo do trabalho é discutido a partir de duas correntes teóricas oriundas do campo da psicologia do trabalho, a saber, a Psicodinâmica do Trabalho e a Clínica da Atividade. Porém, ambas as teorias abordam a questão do reconhecimento sob perspectivas diferentes. Portanto, o artigo pretende confrontar a relação entre reconhecimento e trabalho das duas perspectivas e sua influência na saúde dos trabalhadores. A pesquisa bibliográfica é adotada como método para a realização dessa pesquisa.
其他摘要：From a clippimg in the area of mental health and work, we chose recognition as the focus of our discussion. This study aims to understand the influence of recognition in the processes of health/illness in the study /work. In order to do so, the phenomenon of recognition in the work place is discussed from two theoretical schools in the field of work psychology: namely, Psychodynamic of Work and Clinic of Activity. However, both theories approach the topic of recognition from different perspectives. Thus, the article intends to confront the relation between recognition and work from the two perspectives and their influence in workers' health. Bibliographical research is used as a method for this research.
