摘要：Os trabalhadores se defrontam com transformações férteis à racionalidade instrumental, que fragmentam as relações sociais e convertem os homens em utensílios organizacionais, assediados pela ditadura do medo e da insegurança, sofrimento e adoecimento psíquico, razão por que elegemos como objetivo deste artigo estabelecer um diálogo entre a Sociologia Clínica e a Psicodinâmica do trabalho, de forma a identificar alternativas para o fomento do prazer no trabalho, num ambiente dominado pela modernidade líquida. O estudo revelou que para combater o individualismo; a cultura da urgência e da eficácia, bem como o seqüestro da autonomia, inteligência e desejo dos trabalhadores se faz necessário o resgate da fala, humildade, alteridade, solidariedade e confiança, elementos capazes de alijar a soberba narcísica que impede a dinâmica do reconhecimento, presença necessária para que o olhar do outro reconheça as qualidades de seus pares, bem como para o encontro com o universo do prazer e saúde laboral.
其他摘要：Workers face a set of transformations fertile for instrumental rationality, which fragments social relations and converts men into organizational tools, harassed by the dictatorship of fear and insecurity, suffering and mental illness. This is the reason why we have chosen as the aim of this paper to establish a dialogue between Clinical Sociology and Psychodynamics of Work, in order to identify alternatives to promote pleasure at work in an environment dominated by liquid modernity. The study reveals that to combat individualism; the culture of urgency and effectiveness, as well as the kidnapping of autonomy, intelligence and the desire of the workers, it is necessary to rescue speech, humility, otherness, solidarity and trust, elements capable of jettisoning the narcissistic arrogance that prevents the free flow of the dynamics of recognition, a presence required to allow for the recognition of peers, as well as a condition for the encounter of workers with the universe of pleasure and occupational health.
