摘要：A partir do tema da governamentalidade proposto por Foucault e aprofundado por Nikolas Rose, este estudo visa delinear quais são as possíveis tecnologias de gestão trazidas por algumas práticas patrocinadas pela psicologia humanista, especialmente no contexto organizacional e no trabalho com pequenas comunidades. É neste território que pode ser encontrado um claro exemplo do que os autores acima citados classificaram como modo de governo liberal (independente da doutrina econômica liberal). Isto, pois aqui se reúnem claramente os modos de governo pela liberdade e pela autenticidade, assim como a incitação aos modos empreendedoristas de vida, almejando-se a auto-gestão do próprio sucesso.
其他摘要：From the theme of governmentality proposed by Foucault and deepened by Nikolas Rose, this study aims to outline which are the possible management technologies brought by some practices sponsored by the humanistic psychology, especially in the organizational context and within the work with small communities. In this territory it can be found a clear example of what the aforementioned authors classified as a form of liberal government (regardless of the liberal economic doctrine). This, for here come together clearly the modes of government through freedom and authenticity, as well as the encouragement to entrepreneurial ways of life, aiming to self-management of one 's own success.
