摘要：In the article the concept of information and communication technology training is specified. It is grounded an internal criteria of information and communication technologies training quality assessment based on experience of the organization, carrying out, analysis of experimental work results on quality assessment of designing, working out, efficiency of methodical system of informatics teachers base vocational training introduction in the conditions of credit-modular technology. Indicators and approaches of their assessment to define the criteria degree are resulted. Indicators of criteria "level differentiation", "individualization" and "intensification" of educational process for information and communication technologies training quality assessment are specified.
其他摘要：В статье уточнено понятие информационно-коммуникационной технологии обучения. Но основе опыта организации, проведения, анализа результатов экспери- ментальной работы по оценке качества проектирования, разработки и эффективности внедрения методической системы базовой профессиональной подготовки учителей информатики в условиях кредитно-модульной технологии обосновано внутренние критерии оценивания качества информационно-коммуникационных технологий обу- чения. Приведены показатели и подходы в их оценивании для определения степени проявления критериев. Уточнены показатели критериев "уровневая дифференциа- ция", "индивидуализация" и "интенсификация" учебного процесса для внутреннего оценивания качества информационно-коммуникационных технологий обучения.
