摘要：In the article it has been summarized the experience of application of information and communication technologies of training in the integrated educational environment, experience of formation of the competent person. It is noted that information competence involves mastery of new information technologies, ability to select, analyze, estimate the information, systematize it. Advantages and problems of introduction of some the newest information and communication technologies of training necessary for optimization of modern process of training in high school in general, and also specialized technical support of training for students with physical disability are outlined. Affirms that system application of innovative learning technologies enhances the quality of teaching and educational process, formation of professional and information competence of students.
其他摘要：В статье обобщается опыт применения информационно-коммуникационных технологий обучения в интегрированной образовательной среде, опыт формирования компетентной личности. Отмечается, что информационная компетентность предусматривает овладение новыми информационными технологиями, умением подбирать, анализировать, оценивать информацию, систематизировать ее. Очерчиваются преимущества и проблемы внедрения ряда новейших информационно- коммуникационных технологий обучения, необходимых для оптимизации современного процесcа обучения в ВУЗе вообще, а также специализированного технического сопровождения обучения студентов с инвалидностью. Утверждается, что системное применение инновационных технологий обучения способствует повышению качества учебно-воспитательного процесса, формированию профессиональной и информационной компетентности студентов.
