摘要：The article highlights the basic principles of modern education system development. The conditions under which the education system (ES) operates using market instruments of innovation development of vocational education are analyzed. It is characterized the paradigm of socio-economic efficiency of the operation and development of the education system. Peculiarities of the education system as a subject of market relations are defined as well as it is presented the model of the competitive environment at the educational services and labor market (ESLM).
其他摘要：В статье освещаются вопросы определения основных принципов современного развития системы образования. Проанализированы условия, в которых система образования (СО) осуществляет свою деятельность с использованием рыночных инструментов инновационного развития системы профессионального образования. Охарактеризована парадигма социально-экономической эффективности функционирования и развития системы образования. Определены особенности системы образования как субъекта рыночных отношений. Предложена модель конкурентной среды на рынке образовательных услуг и труда.
