摘要：In the research an organization, realization and analysis of results of the аnalitico-syntetic (constatational) stage of the pedagogical experiment on the topic “Theoretico-methodical principles of the development of the computer oriented learning environment of an institute of postgraduate pedagogical education” have been described: the aim, the task have been determined and the complex of methods and methodologies have been found, the program and the technical map of experiment have been made; an expert group has been formed; ponderability and numerical values of coefficients of ponderability of factors, criterias and indexes of the development of efficiency of the marked environment have been set, and also the direct evaluation of the level of ІCТ-competence of listeners of the courses of in-plant training of pedagogical workers has been carried out.
其他摘要：В исследовании описано организацию, проведение и анализ результатов аналитико-синтетического (констатирующего) этапа педагогического эксперимента по теме «Теоретически-методические основы развития компьютерно ориентированной учебной среды заведения последипломного педагогического образования»: определено цели, задачи и подобрано комплекс методов и методик, составлено программу и технологическую карту эксперимента; сформировано экспертную группу; установлено значимость и числовые значения коэффициентов весомости факторов, критериев и показателей развития эффективности компьютерно ориентированной учебной среды заведения последипломного педагогического образования, а также осуществлено непосредственную оценку уровня ИКТ-компетентности слушателей курсов повышения квалификации педагогических работников.
