摘要：Through a research on the historical events, people and reasons for the degeneration of the laws in the guild of Janissaries from Sultan Mehmet the Conqueror until Murat III era, also the mid 16th century in which there was no change in the regulations and although Janissaries were supposed to remain bachelors, they started to get married, certain results are found. The study also includes the reasons of the budget given to Janissaries and the social degeneration.
