摘要：The industrial zones are one of the important industrial functions that contribute to the development of urban centers.These studies represented an important aspect of applied geographies both at the urban and regional levels.They contribute to the development and growth of the urban center, as they are close to high population concentrations, The level of development of the city economic and urban and the available technical progress and the focus of this region affects the efficiency and quality of services in the industrial zone.The industrial zone extends to the province of the city, with which it has close links.It provides industries (raw materials, labor, capital, market) whether these industries are large, medium or small, and the industrial zone affects economic, And environmental impact as well as the impact of these areas with many problems, including the electricity and water sector and the lack of support of the government sector for these industries and services to this research came to explain the impact of industrial environmental zone ranked first and its economic and social and urban impact II ' Light on the most important problems affecting the performance of the industrial zone in the city of Hilla.
其他摘要：تعد المناطق الصناعية احدى الوظائف الصناعية المهمة في المدينة واقليمها الجغرافي , فمثلت هذه الدراسات جانبا مهما من ذا الجغرافية التطبيقية سواء على المستوى الحضري او الاقليمي , فهي تسهم في تطور ونمو المركز الحضري , كونها تكون بالقرب من تجمعات سكانية عالية توفر لها اليد العاملة وترتبط بمستوى تطور المدينة الاقتصادي والحضري وما يتوفر فيها من تقدم تقني وبنى ارتكازية وماتقدمه هذه المدينة يؤثر على كفاءة وجودة الخدمات في المنطقة الصناعية.تمتد خدمات المنطقة الصناعية الى اقليم المدينة والذي يرتبط معها بصلات وثيقة , فهو يقدم للصناعات ( المواد الاولية – اليد العاملة – رؤوس الاموال – السوق ) سواء كانت هذه الصناعات ( كبيرة- متوسطة – صغيرة ) والخدمية منها , كما تؤثر المنطقة الصناعية تأثيرات اقتصادية وعمرانية واجتماعية وبيئية كبيرة فضلا عن تاثر هذه المنطقة بمشاكل عديدة منها انقطاع التيار الكهربائي وشحة المياه وعدم دعم القطاع الحكومي لهذه الصناعات والخدمات لهذا جاء البحث ليوضح ا المنطقة الصناعية التركيب الوظيفي والخدمي واثرها البيئي الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والعمراني , ومحاولة لتسليط الضوء على اهم المشاكل التي تؤثر على الاداء الوظيفي للمنطقة الصناعية في مدينة الحلة.
